A metalworker's shop is burned from the inside, yet nothing around it is touched. A soot-stamped notice of collection flutters on the door, and a victim begs you to keep their family safe until dusk.
Set up the investigation and a hard deadline. The party can follow the Harrower's pattern, protect the victims at sundown, and learn about the original contract from neighbors or records.
