Wall-Crawler. Nimble across difficult terrain and can climb ceilings and vertical surfaces.

Spore Bloom. Spend a Fear to erupt a cloud within Close range. All creatures in the area must succeed on an Instinct Reaction Roll (15) or take 3d8 magic damage and become Vulnerable until they clear a Stress.

Caustic Spray. Mark a Stress to spit a cone within Close range. Targets must succeed on an Instinct Reaction Roll (15) or take 2d8 magic damage and are Vulnerable until they clear a Stress.

Death Burst. When reduced to 0 HP, release a final spore pulse. All creatures within Very Close range must succeed on an Instinct Reaction Roll (15) or mark a Stress and take 1d8 magic damage.

The Forgotten Tunnels

The party ventures into ancient, forgotten tunnels beneath the city to find a lost artifact, but discovers the Venomspore Horror has made the underground its domain, turning the tunnels into a toxic maze of spore beds and chitin-cracked burrows.

The Sewer Entrance

You descend into the old sewer system, where green mist seeps from chitin-cracked burrows after the recent rain. The air is thick with the scent of decay and something else - something fungal and wrong. The walls are covered in strange growths that pulse with a sickly light, and you can hear skittering sounds echoing from the deeper tunnels. The old miners were right - something has learned the tunnels and now tends them like lungs. You must navigate the treacherous underground maze to find what you're looking for, but the deeper you go, the more the tunnels seem to breathe with a life of their own.

The party enters the old sewer system where the Venomspore Horror has made its domain. The underground tunnels have been transformed by the creature's presence, with fungal growths and toxic spores creating a hazardous environment. The party must navigate the treacherous tunnels while avoiding the environmental hazards and the creatures that have been drawn to the Horror's presence. The underground setting creates opportunities for both discovery and danger, and the party must work together to survive the toxic maze.
